Gilroy, CA Children’s Disaster Services Critical Response

Two members of Child Life Disaster Relief will be deploying today with our partner, Children’s Disaster Services (CDS), for a CDS Critical Response assignment to Gilroy, California. While there, Kristen Cady and Cindy Shapiro will be working together with their CDS teammates in a Family Assistance Center to provide support to the children affected by the tragic shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival Sunday evening. Join us in supporting and encouraging this CDS team as they serve the children and families directly impacted.
