Colleen has over 15 years of experience working in health-related associations and non-profit organizations, including serving as the Deputy Director for the Association of Child Life Professionals, Director of Patient & Family Services for the ALS Association-DC/MD/VA Chapter, and Chief Administrative Officer for the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics. Colleen brings extensive experience in operations and strategic planning, program management, as well as managing a diverse volunteer workforce. She is currently a Strategy & Operations Analyst with the National Association of Corporate Directors, leading projects to implement NACDs strategy to empower directors and transform boards. 

Colleen is a native Washingtonian and when not at work, she can usually be found on her bike riding far and wide along all the many bike trails in the DC area.
