Colin Raymond, MBA

Colin is a health care leader and a veteran of the United States Army. In 2012, Colin deployed to Kandahar Province in Afghanistan and led his platoon in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After serving in several combat and logistics roles, Colin transitioned to civilian life and accepted a position at DaVita, where he hoped to leverage his leadership experience in the Army to serve dialysis patients in the greater Cincinnati area.

In his current role, he supports 14 outpatient dialysis clinics in managing clinical outcomes, improving operational excellence, and providing strategic oversight. Colin joined CLDR because he has seen first hand the impact of various forms of trauma on children through his combat experience in Afghanistan and he hopes to improve access to evidence-based interventions for children everywhere. Colin has his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and lives in Cincinnati with his wife Catie and two children.
