Chloe Forman

Chloe has spent over a decade in the nonprofit and humanitarian sector, most recently leading disaster response operations for All Hands and Hearts, a global nonprofit organization. Her professional experience spans remotely leading global teams to support vulnerable communities to boots-on-the-ground deployments, launching and managing complex community support programs in post-disaster settings. She led or remotely supported over 30 programs across 25 locations on 5 continents and has a deep commitment to combating inequities in the recovery process. Holding senior leadership roles and previous board positions, Chloe is an operator, process improver, and natural relationship builder and is thrilled to be using her experience to support CLDR, whose work targets one of the most vulnerable groups impacted by disasters. Her community focused work extends to her own community where she regularly volunteers for a number of local organizations including a food bank and NGOs that support girls’ empowerment. She holds a BA in Psychology and Justice and Peace Studies from Georgetown University.

Outside of work, Chloe is an avid traveler, with much of her motivation to support community initiatives drawing from a multitude of local, cultural experiences and a broadening of her global perspective. Having explored over 50 countries and worked with small community based organizations, Chloe has also been found adventuring – sailing across the Atlantic, scuba and freediving, and skiing, and is passionate about movement and all things ocean related.
