Jessica has a Master’s of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health Systems and Development from Tulane University.  She has been working as a Certified Child Life Specialist in a large, metropolitan Children’s Hospital for almost ten years, and has recently expanded her services to community and home-based Child Life as a part of a local private practice.  Because of her public and community health training, Jessica was drawn to start volunteering with Child Life Disaster Relief and Children’s Disaster Services in 2016.  Outside of work and volunteering, Jessica spends her free time baking, trying new restaurants, and dreaming about her next vacation destination.
