Colleen has been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 2016 and is currently working at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her bachelor’s degree in child life in 2016 from the University of Akron with an independent research project which was conducted in Haiti. She has been a Children’s Disaster Services member since 2018, just completed her Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner through Starr Commonwealth, and looks forward to integrating child life services in her community!
