Toni Millar is a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) with 25+ years of progressive leadership experience. These roles included being the Child Life Director at two prominent children’s hospitals, the Vice President of Patient Experience for the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital System: and the Director of Program Innovation at a non-profit organization providing play opportunities for hospitalized children and their families in the US, Canada, Kenya, Israel, and China.

Throughout her professional career she has developed and implemented innovative, quality psychosocial programs, process improvement strategies and standards of practice. Toni is a nationally recognized consultant, speaker, adjunct professor, and published author. She has served in several board and committee positions for the Association for Child Life Professionals (ACLP), including her tenure as president.

Toni holds a M.S. in Child Life and Family Studies from Wheelock College in Boston, MA and a B.A. in Education and American Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY.
